  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Free shipping is available for orders over R5000.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. USC Collective is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier service delays may affect delivery times. In such cases, we will notify you of any delays.

  • Eligibility for Returns: You may return any unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, and proof of purchase is required.

Returns & Exchanges are accepted on unworn items within 7 days of order receipt. Items discounted 50% or more are Final Sale.
